1.  PARTIES

2. ENGAGEMENT

The Contractor engages the Cleaner as an independent contractor to provide cleaning services for residential and commercial properties as assigned.

3. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

The Cleaner is engaged as an independent contractor and not an employee. This Agreement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture. The Cleaner is responsible for all tax obligations, including income tax and superannuation where applicable.

4. SERVICES

The Cleaner may perform services including but not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, and commercial cleaning as directed.

5. Payment Terms

The Contractor will be paid $40.00 AUD per hour for all cleaning services completed on behalf of Brisbane Supreme Cleans. Payments will be made weekly via bank transfer, provided all assigned jobs have been completed and any required timesheets, job records, or invoices have been submitted. Contractors will only be paid for approved hours worked on jobs assigned by Brisbane Supreme Cleans, and all hours must be accurately recorded and may be subject to verification. The Contractor is responsible for their own tax, superannuation, insurance, and any other obligations associated with operating as an independent contractor. Brisbane Supreme Cleans reserves the right to withhold or adjust payment for incomplete, abandoned, or unsatisfactory work until any issues have been resolved. By accepting and completing work assigned by Brisbane Supreme Cleans, the Contractor agrees to these payment terms.

6. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

The Cleaner agrees to perform all services with due care, skill, and professionalism, and to comply with all reasonable client instructions.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The Contractor may cease assigning work immediately in cases of misconduct, poor performance, or breach of terms.

8. LIABILITY

The Cleaner is liable for any loss or damage caused by negligence or misconduct and agrees to indemnify the Contractor against related claims.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Cleaner must not disclose client information, addresses, or business operations to any third party.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
